How long does it take?

ImageSnap aims to ship all orders within 24 hours after we receive them. Large orders may take a little longer, of course, but we’ll keep you posted if that’s the case.

We’ve got a map on our site, click here, that shows you how many days UPS takes to ship your order from our place in Santa Cruz, CA, to your shipping address.

You may also check the progress of your order by logging on to your ImageSnap account and clicking on the link, “View the orders I have made.” You’ll see a list of the orders you have placed and whether they are being processed or already shipped.

If you ever place an order and then want to make a change, you’d better be quick, because ImageSnap is very quick. Usually your order goes into production minutes after we receive it.
